Weekly email-delivered journaling prompts, frameworks, and short audio guides. Work at your own pace. Good entry point if you are not ready for live coaching but want structured self-exploration.
Biweekly 60-minute video sessions with email support between calls. We set goals, identify patterns, build practices, and check in on progress. Minimum 3-month commitment.
6-week program with 6 to 8 participants. Weekly 90-minute group session plus one private coaching call. Shared accountability, individual growth. Runs Jan, May, and Sept.
Guided Reflection: 4 weekly emails with journaling prompts, a short audio guide (5 to 10 minutes), and a printable reflection worksheet. Access to a private subscriber community for accountability pairing.
One-on-One: Two sessions per month (60 minutes each, over Zoom). Unlimited email/voice-note support between sessions. Personalized resource recommendations. Session recordings available on request.
Group Cohort: Six 90-minute live group sessions. One private 45-minute coaching call. Pre-program intake questionnaire. Post-program integration plan. Access to cohort alumni community.
Therapy tends to focus on healing past wounds and managing mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-looking. We work on goals, choices, and building the life you actually want. I do not diagnose or treat mental health issues.
Yes. About half my clients are in Canada and half are elsewhere (US, UK, Australia mostly). All sessions are online so timezone is the only constraint. I coach between 8am and 6pm Pacific.
Book the free 30-minute call and we will figure it out together. Sometimes one-on-one is clearly right. Sometimes people start with guided reflection for a month and then move into live coaching when they feel ready.
I keep two sliding-scale spots available in every cohort and offer a reduced rate for one-on-one clients who need it. Mention it when you reach out. I will not ask you to justify the request.
